Chia pudding with Plazma and mango cream

Ingredients:

1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)

6 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons Ground Plazma per glass

1 ripe mango

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon squeezed lemon juice

 

 

Decoration:

fresh mint leaves for decorating

1. Step

Pour the chia seeds into a bowl, cover them with coconut milk and leave them in the fridge for an hour or two to swell.

2. Step

Peel the mango, cut it into cubes and blend it in a blender together with the lemon juice and honey.

3. Step

Pour the chia seed pudding into glasses or jars, add a thick layer of Ground Plazma, and then add 2-3 tablespoons of mango cream.

4. Step

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve cold.

Your dessert is ready!
