
Hazelnut Cake

Ingredients:
7 egg whites
7 tablespoons of sugar
7 egg yolks
12 tablespoons ground roasted hazelnuts
2 tablespoons pretzels
½ small bag of baking powder
2 orange juice
Filling:
125 ml of milk
100 g of dark chocolate
100 g ground, roasted hazelnuts
100 g of Ground Plazma
1 orange peel
200 g butter
1 orange juice
150 ml of whipped cream
1. Step
Heat the oven to 180⁰C.
2. Step
Beat the egg whites and sugar into a mousse. In another dish beat the yolks, bread crumbs, baking powder and ground hazelnuts. . Carefully add the mousse and mix lightly to make the mixture uniform.
3. Step
Pour into a 24 cm cake mould, round or rectangular and bake 25 min.
4. Step
When the base layer is baked, leave it to cool to room temperature. When it is cool enough, sprinkle it with orange juice and transfer to the serving plate.
5. Step
Heat the milk for the filling and add chocolate. When it is dissolved, remove from the stove and while still hot, add butter, Ground Plazma, hazelnuts, juice and orange peel. Mix everything well and when it cools to room temperature cover the base layer with a thick coat of filling
6. Step
Whip the sweet-sour cream and top the cake. Decorate with slices of orange and Plazma.
7. Step
Your cake is finished!
