
Forest Berries Plazma Frappe

Ingredients:
· 500 ml whipping cream
· 100 g Ground Plazma
· 300 g forest berries
· 200 ml milk
· 40 g powdered sugar
1. Step
Lightly beat the whipping cream until it reaches a consistency between a liquid and whipped cream. Add sugar and mix well.
2. Step
Put the forest berries in a blender and blend to get a puree. If you are using frozen fruit, thaw it first.
3. Step
Mix the forest berries puree with the whipped cream, add Ground Plazma and mix well to get a uniform mixture.
4. Step
Slowly thin down the resulting mixture with milk, stirring constantly. If you prefer a thinner frappe, add a little more milk.
5. Step
Pour into glasses or bottles and serve cold.
6. Step
Your dessert is finished!
